(BGK) is a company operating in the fields of international trade, finance, investment, and consulting, with its headquarters located in A Coruña (Spain) and a branch office in Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam) through BGK Vietnam Co., Ltd. The company also maintains representative offices in Chicago (USA) and Wuhan (China).

Originating from International Exports, LLC (INTEX) and USA Commerce, LLC (USAC) in Chicago since 2008, BGK quickly built a global business network. We were once a leading supplier of scrap steel to markets such as Vietnam, Taiwan, and China, and later expanded into iron ore, coke coal, specialized industrial equipment, materials, and spare parts for the steel industry. Since 2017, BGK has broadened its business into manganese and copper ore trading from Brazil, Chile, and Zambia, supplying markets in Vietnam, China, and South Korea, while diversifying into agricultural products, seafood, non-ferrous metals, and food products.

To capture the global economic shift towards Asia, in 2022 BGK established BGK Vietnam Co., Ltd. and BGK International Trading & Services S.L., focusing on developing key markets in Vietnam and neighboring regions. Our goal is not only to become a trusted international trading partner and capital solution provider, but also to enhance investment consulting and metallurgical industry development—particularly in iron and steel—to support Vietnam’s infrastructure and export growth.
