About BGK International Trading & Services S.L.
BGK International Trading & Services S.L. (BGK) is an enterprise specializing in international trade, finance, investment, and consultancy, headquartered in A Coruña, Spain, with operational offices in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (via BGK Vietnam Co., Ltd.) and representative offices in Chicago (USA) and Wuhan (China).
Originating from International Exports, LLC (INTEX) and USA Commerce, LLC (USAC) in Chicago since 2008, BGK has built a robust global business network. The company was once a leading supplier of scrap steel to markets such as Vietnam, Taiwan, and China, and later expanded into iron ore, coke coal, specialized industrial equipment, materials, and spare parts for the steel industry.
Since 2017, BGK has further diversified its portfolio with manganese ore and copper ore from Brazil, Chile, and Zambia, supplying markets in Vietnam, China, and South Korea. The company also ventured into agricultural products, seafood, non-ferrous metals, and food commodities to meet the diverse needs of global partners.
In response to the global economic shift toward Asia, BGK established BGK Vietnam Co., Ltd. and BGK International Trading & Services S.L. in 2022, with a strategic focus on developing the Vietnamese market and surrounding regions. BGK aims to become a trusted international trade partner, offering not only capital solutions but also driving investment consulting and metallurgical industry development, particularly in steel and iron to support Vietnam’s infrastructure and export growth.
Beyond trade, from 2024 onward, BGK is leveraging its strengths in finance, investment, and international legal consulting, offering market research, investment advisory, and capital mobilization services to help clients and partners grow sustainably and efficiently in an ever-changing global landscape.
With a vast global network of partners and suppliers, BGK is well-positioned to meet all trade and investment demands, supporting partner connectivity and supply chain development in the context of continuous globalization.
